FleetAMP v0.1.0 community preview
Download the v0.1.0 GitHub prerelease. Published 18 September 2026 for evaluation and controlled, single-server pilots. This is an early preview, without a production support guarantee.
| Asset | Platform |
|---|---|
fleetamp_0.1.0_linux_amd64.tar.gz | Linux x86-64, including most Fedora/Ubuntu laptops |
fleetamp_0.1.0_linux_arm64.tar.gz | Linux ARM64 |
SHA256SUMS | Checksums for both archives |
The archives contain the FleetAMP binary, license, README, systemd examples and the user-service installer. They do not contain the Docker Compose lab, a bundled Collector, your database, passwords, or certificates.
Download and verify
For an AMD64 host (replace amd64 with arm64 when appropriate):
version=0.1.0
arch=amd64
archive="fleetamp_${version}_linux_${arch}.tar.gz"
base="https://github.com/marellasunil/FleetAMP/releases/download/v${version}"
curl -fLO "${base}/${archive}"
curl -fLO "${base}/SHA256SUMS"
grep -F " ${archive}" SHA256SUMS | sha256sum -c -
tar -xzf "${archive}"
cd "fleetamp_${version}_linux_${arch}"
./fleetamp --version
Keep the extracted archive while following the Linux installation
guide. The supplied
scripts/install-user.sh builds from source and therefore requires Go and
a repository checkout; binary-only installation uses the manual steps in
that guide.
Included and planned
The preview includes live OpAMP inventory, Active/Offline/Retired state, stable logical identity, SQLite-backed groups and deployments, remote configuration status and rollback, first-login setup, and optional HTTPS/WSS and OpAMP mTLS.
High availability, PostgreSQL, OIDC/RBAC, separate deployment approvals, Collector binary upgrades, packaged FleetAMP Kubernetes deployment, and validated Grafana Alloy management remain planned. Back up the FleetAMP data directory before upgrading; keep the server-bound credential on the same server. See the upgrade instructions.
